Choosing a counsellor can be difficult and it is important for you to feel comfortable to work with the counsellor of your choice. I offer a safe, confidential and non judgemental space.
The initial assessment gives us a opportunity to explore the areas that you feel are an issue, we will agree the focus of the work and keep this in mind throughout the journey together. I offer short and long term work.
We will work together to facilitate change in the area you fell it is needed.
The sessions are for 50 minutes on a weekly basis at an agreed time and day.

- low self esteem/confidence
- managing stress
- relationship issues
- work related stress
- weight/body image issues
